Is it necessary to use ImageMagick for detecting emotion from c++

I have written the code for detecting emotion in raspberrypi using c++. After solving all the issues now my code is getting compiled successfully. But after running the output file, there is an error thrown by ImageMagick that memory allocation failed, Error:ResourceLimit.
So, is there any other way to get parameters of an image rather than using ImageMagick so that detection is possible.

No, ImageMagick is just a 3rd party image management library; you can use any code you like for working with images.

If you’re having trouble with ImageMagick, I suggest that you leverage their support resources.

Thanx . I have used Cool image library (much better and easy than ImageMagick)
and the error thing got resolved.
